Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

• To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us via email at contact@cyberspheretechno.com.

• We will reimburse you within 7-10 working days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order, and without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are returned in their original packaging.

Please note that the following goods cannot be returned

• Customized or personalized goods.

• Perishable goods or items with an expired date.

• Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Items inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Returning Goods:

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

• Please send the goods to the following address: D53 Capital Flora, Sargasan, Gandhinagar.

• We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for return shipments, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

• Refunds will be processed upon actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gift Returns:

• If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

• If the goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
